Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Live Adhan, our mobile application ("App"). By using Live Adhan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

App Content

Live Adhan provides content and services that are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Live Adhan at any time without liability to you.

User Account

In order to use certain features of Live Adhan, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to update your account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Live Adhan offers auto-renewing subscriptions, as specified in Schedule 2, section 3.8(b) of the Paid Applications agreement. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee and any taxes that may be imposed on your subscription payments.

Subscription Offerings: Our app offers auto-renewing subscriptions for users who wish to access premium features or content. Users may choose from a range of subscription durations and prices, which are clearly displayed in the app.

Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their term, unless the user cancels the subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Users will be charged the subscription fee for the next term within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Pricing and Payment: All subscription prices are displayed in the Poundcurrency, and payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account. Our app reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time, but we will provide users with at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

Free Trials: We may offer free trials of our subscription services to users who have not previously subscribed.During and afterFree trials user canconvert to paid subscriptionsor use free version with ads.

Cancellation and Refunds: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings, but refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. If a user cancels their subscription, they will still have access to the premium features or content until the end of the current subscription period.

App Store Review Guidelines: Our app and subscription offerings comply with the App Store Review Guidelines, and we will provide Apple with any necessary information for them to review our app and subscription offering.

By using our app and subscribing to our premium services, users agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, but we will provide users with notice of any changes. Continued use of our app and subscription services after such changes will constitute the user's agreement to the revised terms and conditions.

Billing and Payment

All subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription in a timely manner, and to keep your billing information current.

Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided in the App Store. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice for any reason, including if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity

Refunds

Allsales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current term, you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of the current term.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials in Live Adhan, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and audio clips, are the property of our company or its content suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Live Adhan is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Live Adhan will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of Live Adhan, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of Live Adhan will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert state here], without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to Live Adhan. Your continued use of Live Adhan following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
